OUR IMPACT
We work directly with more than 1,100 native producers in the canyons of the “Tojolobal Region” as well as the “Lacandona Jungle” in the state of Chiapas, Mexico, without intermediary. This represents a direct benefit and  a higher standard of life quality for local residents living in this area, reinvestment and improvement of agro-ecological crops, education and social infrastructure.

HISTORY

Chanate started as a school project back in 1998 at the University in Hermosillo Sonora, Mexico. After several studies and lots of research ending with  the finding of  a supreme quality product and with the aim to develop and export it to several destinations. We have decided to commercialize our product. Always committed to keep the passion and quality standards under which our story began.
