We are a Specialty Coffee operation usually found on 21st Street in the Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk, VA. KOBROS is a setting for quality service and Specialty Coffee that is community driven. Our goal is to consistently give every person in Norfolk the opportunity to have the best experience and cup of coffee.
