Roasting light to showcase the high green quality, Subtext offers only single origin offerings connecting each coffee to its producers through lighter roasts that preserve the flavour complexity and singularity of each coffee.  There’s a selection of six different single origin coffees on by-the-cup filter and two espressos at any time.
