The Circulation Zine Café in the “Na Peschanaya Gallery” is a local attraction for residents of the Sokol neighborhood, high-end coffee connoisseurs, and those interested in samizdat culture. In the renovated gallery space, where the coffee shop is located, you can get a new taste experience, buy a postcard or zine, work on your laptop or make an appointment.
The definition of “zine,” which appears in the coffee shop’s name, refers to an amateur small-circulation publication. Zine Café places a special emphasis on supporting print initiatives. The Circulation features author zines, postcards and printed graphics from contemporary artists, individual authors and micro-publishers.
Coffee house works only with specialty beans from the best Russian roasters. Specialty is coffee of the highest quality. Circulation wants to involve people to good and varied coffee, so coffee house often brews new beans from different countries. The coffee house does not forget about people who do not drink coffee – in the menu there are a lot of drinks: from cocoa to lemonades based on natural ingredients.
