Working in specialty coffee since 2015, I've worked at six specialty coffee shops and helped open four.
In 2017, I was hired by French Truck Coffee where I began my journey as a barista trainer. I worked for a Lafayette-based micro-roaster with many S. Louisiana locations, Reve Coffee Roasters, from 2018-2019. At Reve, I designed my own training curriculum.
I'm currently a graduate student in Creative Writing and Higher Education at the University of Kentucky. I'm also the barista trainer at micro-roaster, Jefferson Street Coffee, here in Lexington.
