Sam's Place is owned by Mennonite Central Committee as a Social Enterprise with a Youth Program. Our Youth Program is a Work Experience Program. We provide job skills for young people facing barriers to the workforce. We are currently constructing a new location that is set to be finished by summer 2023. This new shop is located in the historic exchange district in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We look forward to highlighting a full rebrand with a more express visual representation of our mission when we open sometime in the late summer, early fall of 2023.
