94 Celcius is an independent specialty coffee roaster based in Sainte-Julie, just outside Montreal, Quebec. Founded in 2017, the roastery focuses on traceable, high-quality coffees sourced from producers around the world and roasted in small batches.

Its lineup ranges from clean, approachable everyday coffees to rare microlots and experimental processes, including anaerobic fermentations and co-fermented coffees. 94 Celcius works with renowned producers such as Wilton Benitez, Diego Samuel Bermúdez, Sebastián Ramírez, and Pepe Jijón, while regularly introducing new origins and limited releases.
