Artefact Frascati is a specialty coffee space in the heart of the Castelli Romani, where research, culture, and hospitality come together. Founded with the aim of bringing a contemporary approach to coffee into the historic setting of Frascati, Artefact stands out for its carefully selected microlots, quality-focused roasting, and service that is precise yet approachable.
The menu features both classic and manual brewing methods, alongside a concise and thoughtful food offering designed to complement the experience in the cup. Adding another layer to the project, a museum-style exhibition dedicated to breadmaking showcases a selection of machines that have played a significant role in the development of our societies, creating a dialogue between coffee culture and the history of food production.
