Aventura was founded by Rogelio Silva and Chris Bran, two lifelong friends turned brothers by choice. They started with the simple mission, connect their life experiences with their passion for speciality coffee. That mission has evolved and become the lifestyle, Aventura calls “Neo-traditional Latinx Coffee”.

Aventura Coffee is a small batch speciality coffee roaster that started in Salinas, CA but has made its way to Yakima, WA. Roasting coffee that feels familiar but with elevated clarity and taste. Aventura is the coffee for the espresso drinkers and the Mocha drinkers alike. Our brand represents the various palettes in speciality coffee and aims to leave behind the “Mexican Mocha” to highlight a true cultural experience, not a marking theme.

Our coffee goal is simple, true approachability and accessibility.
