Born from the need for creative freedom of its founder Zakary Lagérige–Loireau, Brème is today a three-headed entity.
The Original shop at 16 rue Haute Vienne offers fine and “uninhibited” pastries as well as hot and cold drinks selected and prepared by Barista Chef Benoît Guichard. The notion of terroir, traceability and personality are at the center of the boutique menu.

The restaurant, at 15 on the same pedestrian street in Limoges, opposite the original boutique, offers a café-restaurant space. Théo Desprat, barista, bartender and cook,
takes you to meet traditional French and overseas culinary philosophies in a generous and popular coffee shop.

Brunch Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Pastry-Bakery laboratory, under the co-direction of the Lagérige–Loireau – Clarté couple, supplies fine pastries to both places as well as our professional customers. Flexible and inventive, Zakary and Angélique can produce wedding cakes for a unique moment as well as hundreds of brioche burger buns to delight all your customers.
