Café Union is a century-old family business, a one-stop shop where you can see the roaster working in the back store, where you can come and get a coffee to go or at the bar, where you can pick one of our 20-something coffees in bulk – which go from old-school conventional to more complex and traceable specialty lots – or make your own blend from different origins and different roast profiles ; have it pre-ground if you need, taste it right away at the counter if you want! Our newly renovated shop also displays several brands of espresso machines, many brewers, accessories of all kinds, filters, cleaning products. It’s always a pleasure to chat and share infos, while tasting coffee together.

Since 1972, we are located in the Mile-Ex neighbourhood. All around, you will find Montreal’s famous Little Italy, the beautiful and vast Jarry Park, the multicultural and gourmet Outremont and Parc-Ex neighbourhoods. Ask us for recommendations, we also supply the best restaurants in the city!
