Small batch organic coffee roaster on a Diedrich IR-5 in 8 lb batches. Brew / black coffee is Chemex or Origami pourover. Espresso, cold brew, matcha, chai, and tea all offered. Specials include fun stuff like Purple Rain (Ube), Fig Coffee Cake Latte, Strawberry Matcha, Honey Lavender, Butterscotch Iced Latte, and Fluffernutter (PB + marshmallow). Chocolate and vanilla is locally made, most syrups are local (Portland Syrups) and the rest are Liber, Proper, or Iconic. There’s a browsable shop library of 300+ books, including art / design / illustration / comics. All coffee grounds are composted and all syrup bottles (glass) are upcycled into glasses with a glass cutter. Come vibe with us! Fun jams on 370 watt JBL Authentics speakers.
