Nestled in a small town in upstate New York, DAYES COFFEE ROASTERS produces America’s first enzyme fermented coffee. We ferment our coffee beans in South Korea and roast them in house at our coffee shop. Our enzyme fermented coffee is low in caffeine, acidity, and bitterness – very smooth with dark chocolate, walnut, and cherry notes. We sell or coffee online and ship direct to customers, roasting 5 days a week in small batches. We specialize in premium coffee that is roasted fresh. We use only specialty grade coffee beans.
At our coffee shop we have a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and baked goods. We serve cold brew, iced coffee, pour over coffee, drip coffee, espresso, and more. We specialize in serving our enzyme fermented coffee, which pulls an excellent espresso. But we also roast other coffee varieties and brew them at our coffee shop.
We also make some specialty drinks such as our taro latte. Our coffee shop is bright and open. Perfect for a meeting, getting some work done, or catching up with friends. We have plenty of seating and we always have gentle classical music playing for a relaxing atmosphere.
