Fresh Pots is a reference to the great Dave Grohl who we both admire. He also loves coffee. Fresh Pots is all about people. Brewing well to get the maximum potential of the coffee is a must but we wanted to take the idea of a greatly brewed coffee in to a more casual environment. Instead of the BMO – which is a very danish thing – we are serving the traditional ‘franskbrødsmad’ with is basically a slice of sourdough with butter and cheese on top. Also plain croissants. We are working together with a local bakery, Kani, and our coffee is from a local roastery, Poma. The aim is to create a space where we bring back the humor into coffee, take a little bit of the pretentiousness out of it all. In the end its all about people and less about the coffee
