Glass Coffee is a speciality coffee shop and micro-roaster in Camden Town, London. We focus on single-estate lots, selected for their character and the depth of information we can share about the people who grow them.

Our approach starts with the farmer. Each coffee links to details about its producer, region, processing and pricing, helping guests understand the people and work behind their cup.

We roast in Bethnal Green on our Stronghold S7X and serve a changing selection of espresso and hand-brewed filter coffees. We also share our roasting decisions and the data behind them, so you can explore how we develop each coffee’s flavour.

Our Roast Cards extend that transparency to each bag. Reference profiles on our website show how we intend to roast each coffee. When your bag is dispatched, its email includes the actual roast data for the batch it came from.
