Our shop sits just across the street from the ocean in Ka’a’awa on the windward side of O’ahu.
It’s a great space for remote-working, hanging out with the family, or just sipping a coffee and staring out at the ocean.
We’ve got free wi-fi, comfortable seating, and the best Kona coffee around, all in a spacious and well-designed modern cafe.
All of our coffee comes from our own farm in Kona. Hala Tree Coffee has won multiple awards in statewide green coffee competitions, and took a US Brewers Cup competitor to the national finals in 2018.
Our bar features a white and wood Sanremo Cafe Racer 2-group paired with a Mahlkonig e80s grinder.
We serve batch brew, espresso drinks, and fun stuff like ube lattes and the Coco Riser (coconut water and medium-roast espresso).
Our team is led by the former chair of the Hawaii Coffee Association’s Statewide Cupping Competition, and includes several members who formerly worked as tour-guides at our coffee farm in Kona and can help you pick out just the right variety and roast.
We bake all of our pastries and bread fresh in-house every day and offer breakfast, lunch, and sweet treats with vegan and vegetarian options available.
Bingsu (Korean shaved ice) is available starting at 10am. Breakfast and lunch items are served all day from 8am-5pm.
