Drink Coffee, Meet the World is our motto as we highlight exceptional specialty coffee producers & roasters from around the world.  We’re a Pop & Pop owned & operated coffee shop in the heart of historic Downtown Troy, New York serving the best in neighborhood hospitality.

Featuring seasonal single-orgin espresso & filter coffee and a variety of reserve lot coffees that can be brewed as an aeropress or origami dripper.

For those with a coffee sweet tooth, we prepare a fabulous variety of seasonal lattes/ americano drinks that serve and are all scratch made from fresh & real ingredients.  Our in-house baking team is led by CIA (Culinary Institute of American) Baking and Pastry graduates.

Co-Owner Alejandro is an active competitor in the London & New York Coffee Masters competitions.  Alejandro was also named the Cold Brew Champion at the 2022 Coffee Fest – Chicago.
