We are a 100% gluten-free, vegetarian cafe & bakery. We source local & organic ingredients, local micro-roast fair-trade coffees & fair-trade teas. Our team is made of talented bakers, chefs, and baristas who are all passionate about creating innovative food, drinks, and atmosphere for our customers. We are located in the eastern arts district of Main Street, near Story Screen Theater, Hudson Valley Brewery, The Roundhouse, the waterfalls of the Fishkill Creek, and Mt. Beacon hiking. We’re also a short drive from Dia Beacon, Breakneck Ridge, and Manitoga, as well as StormKing Art Center.
