Founded in 2020, Mixed Grounds Coffee started out as a passion project-an idea toinfuse coffee, art, and Hip-Hop culture​ ​into a mixed-use community gathering place for everyone.​ Today, that passion​ is continued with multiple coffee shops in San Diego, ​California, along with a micro roasting facility where we roast in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. The coffee we roast are carefully curated specialty coffees from around the world. We believe that the farms we benefit from are underserved in this industry, and our goal is to work directly with these producers to create a more sustainable business model for everyone. Mixed Grounds Coffee is a Vietnamese-ownedand operated company, ​and our team is a diverse group of people​ representing different cultures, genders, backgrounds, and beliefs.
