Owlbear’s Rest is a board game café, restaurant, and community space located in Westbrook, Maine.

We showcase local products wherever we can, from coffee artfully roasted by Bard Coffee, to savory hand pies from Portable Pie Place, pastries from Purple Whisk, and a curated menu of beers from local breweries.
Our commitment to local doesn’t stop there, we feature a host of games developed and published locally, both in retail and our vast library, and serve as the only brick-and-mortar location for Runic Dice- based in Scarborough.
