Paper Mill is a specialty coffee roastery, bakery, and café with three locations in Tallinn.

Founded in 2020, we brought a decade of running coffee shops and a roastery in London to a historic fire station on Masina Street. We roast seasonally, working with trusted importers to bring up to 30 different coffees a year to our bar, each arriving shortly after harvest.

At our Viru Keskus café, we serve two espressos and a rotating filter menu prepared on Origami. Fresh-roasted beans are available to take home in 250g and 1kg bags.

Our pastries are made daily at Bakermill, our own bakery in the Volta quarter, with a seasonal menu built around local ingredients.
