Paper Mill is a specialty coffee roastery, bakery, and café with three locations in Tallinn. Founded in 2020, we brought a decade of running coffee shops and a roastery in London to a historic fire station on Masina street. We roast seasonally, working with trusted importers to bring up to 30 different coffees a year to our bar, each arriving shortly after harvest.

Bakermill is our bakery in Tallinn’s Volta quarter. We bake daily -a rotating selection of pastries built around local, seasonal ingredients
