We are a Twin Cities roaster and retailer that cultivates relationships with those who share our passion and vision to source, roast, and serve exceptional coffees.

We work to build strong producer partnerships, so we can support those who work on the farms and innovate to combat the challenges that climate change brings to the coffee community.

We believe that making time to engage with one another in meaningful ways is key for healthy dialogue, relationships, and communities. We strive to be a business that provides a good working environment that gives a decent living wage, benefits, and support for growth within our management.

Spyhouse is excited to have expanded to Rochester, our first venture outside of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. This is also our first location to offer a selection of wines and local craft beers. We hope to serve as a go-to destination and gathering place for all coffee lovers around the city, as well as any guests passing through.
