Subliminal Coffee operates as a micro “pop up” cafe in a back alley of East Nashville.  We are a specialty coffee multi-roaster taking an intentional approach to sourcing, brewing, and serving exceptional coffee for all people.

We partner with roasters from around the world to curate a rotating selection of coffee that is sourced ethically and roasted excellently.

We believe brewing a great cup of coffee (whether it’s a pour over or a vanilla latte) is the most respectful way to showcase and celebrate the hard work of the many hands who have planted, harvested, processed, evaluated, sourced, roasted, and packaged the cup of coffee you hold in your hands.
