Sunergos Coffee is a Louisville based roaster and cafe focused on careful sourcing, intentional roasting, and serving exceptional coffee with clarity and care. Their menu covers everything espresso and exceptional drip coffee, along with cold brew a selection of pastries and baked goods. They always offer a “foundational” option that is roasted more traditionally and a rotating  “seasonal” option that is roasted more expressively on both espresso and drip.
