Whisk and Rye was a Wholesale Bakery and is now a Mobile Coffee Trailer serving the residents of Durham NC & Hillsborough NC. We have recently begun renovating our new Brick & Mortar. Our goal is to offer Bread loafs baked daily, to expand on the handful of Sourdough bread loafs we already offer, and to practice and improve on our Gluten Free Bread Loafs and Pastries.  We want to include as many people as we can on our creations, that is why we practice and an improve on as many creations as we do.

I want people to appreciate all the efforts that go in to what we do. Some efforts that we have taken to make a positive impact both actively and passively would be: Only purchasing Biodegradable/Compostable certified drinkware, using Organic & Fairtrade Cocoa, Partnering with Café Feminino Coffee to source our Coffee ethically and committing to end the poverty cycle affecting Women Coffee Farmers across the world, creating a Vegan Lineup of Pastries, using Syrups Approved by The Vegan Society. There are many more initiatives we take to ensure we provide a quality product and many more we would like to incorporate in our Brick and Mortar. My hope in operating a Storefront is to create a welcoming and safe atmosphere for everyone (customers & employees), to encourage the spread of knowledge and communication on all matters while also respecting different perspectives. I want everyone to feel like they are always welcome and appreciated as they enjoy our offerings.
