Winchester Coffee Roasters is an independent specialty coffee roastery in Winchester, Hampshire, roasting since 2012. Our café is inside the roastery at Sun Valley Business Park in Winnall, with comfortable seating, and during the week you can watch us working and roasting while you relax with a cup of coffee.

We only use specialty coffee. These are higher-grade beans with most defects removed and a very consistent bean size, which gives a more consistent roast and a more consistent cup. We serve espresso and pour over filter coffee made on Rancilio machines and Fiorenzato grinders with Brita-filtered water, alongside homemade cakes.

All our staff know the different coffee origins and are happy to help you choose the right coffee for home. Every coffee is available as beans to take away or to order online. We’re fully inclusive and dog friendly, with outdoor seating.

Our second café, The Coffee Barn, is at Glebe Farm in Basingstoke, and the Winchester Coffee School is upstairs at the roastery.
