We should start introducing Martines. It is a family business, specialised in roasting since 2007, that has opened its own specialty coffeeshop

What we do?

In our coffeeshop we serve high quality products, which mainly are focused in specialty coffee apart of small complementary ones, such as desserts, non coffee and chocolates

How we do it?

We serve fresh roasted specialty coffee in the best possible way, thanks to our SCA certified Barista and roaster

Why?

Martines specialty coffee shop & roastery has the purpose to increase the culture of drinking coffee in the bulgarian market

What our values are?

Respect: working with specialty coffee is not ony about high quality product, it is also to respect and value the job of the farmers. In the way how to respect that, is by serving our coffees in the best possible way. To make it possible our barista is certified by the specialty coffee association.

Support: we do not only care about the farmers, but also to our team. We want them to become better at their profession.

Sustain: it is not only about to build a sustainable business but also an industry, where farmers, and the rest of the participants in the value chain keep improving every day. In that way we we will eb able to continue serving specialty coffees in the best possible way.

Apart of them, offer different barista accessories, espresso machines and coffee grinders for home.
