Rockford Roasting Company has been creating coffee moments in Rockford’s downtown since 2014. We’re honored to meet the growing desire for a thoughtful, locally-owned, specialty coffee shop in our great city. When presented with the opportunity to create a cafe space at the new Embassy Suites hotel—serving even more locals and visitors— we found it a perfect next step. We’re so pleased to share this beautiful historic space with our guests!
