Up until this year, we were operating as Lamplighter Coffee Roasters, but 5 of the staff pitched an idea for a worker-owned cooperative and the Lamplighter owners were down. We purchased the roasting business and just launched our new brand and website. This location houses our roasting facility in the back half of the building with a cafe up front, although the cafe is currently closed for business while we renovate and will reopen January 2022.
